1. 프로게스틴 단독제제

levonorgestrel 0.75mg 2알, 1.5mg 1알

노레보, 레보니아

72시간이내에 한번에 1.5mg 복용

WHO에서는 120시간까지 복용권장하나, 빨리먹을수록 효과좋다

72시간이내 : 임신율 1.1%

72시간 이후 : 임신율 2.7%

배란전에 사용했을때만 효과가 있으므로 낙태약이 아니다.

2. Antiprogestin

mifepristone (RU486) 200mg 낙태약, 10mg 응급피임약

국내에 없다

3. copper IUD

7일이내 사용권장

거의 100% 효과

Side effects — Nausea and vomiting are the most common side effects of the oral hormonal drugs, and are more common with estrogen-progestin regimens than the levonorgestrel-only regimen (nausea 43 versus 18 percent; vomiting 16 and 4 percent)

Irregular bleeding

16 percent of patients in the first week after use

Uncommon side effects

dizziness, fatigue, headache, breast tenderness, and lower abdominal pain
